Fellow Portland Blogger Dave 'Records' Stone (aka Dave Rogoway) has been publishing his blog called Stumptown Blogger for a while now. I have it as one of my daily RSS feeds to read, as he's always publishing something interesting about Portland on his blog.
One of Dave's favorite subjects is KISN Radio (91derful!) Dave was not only one of the youngest DJ to be on the air but he was the last DJ to serve up tunes when the Mighty 91 K-I-S-N went silent on September 4th, 1976 at 12:01 AM PDT
From time to time, Dave will link to my KISN Good Guy Survey collection - (thanks Dave!). Today he reminded us about the popular KISN Carol Tree. For a look to see what was on the survey the week of November 19th, 1969 click here.
And be sure to check out Dave's great blog!

I agree that the "Stoner" presents one hellava' blog. Dave got to live the life of an honest-to-goodness KISN Good Guy and was able to keep the memories alive with first, "The Time Machine" and now "The Stumptown Blogger." I once had dreams of being a KISN Good Guy but there's no regrets. Dave keeps the spirit of KISN alive and that's all we need in these times of butchered, canned, and homogenized canned radio.
