So, my wife has been trying to order some Mother's Day goodies on Amazon.com over the past 24 hours, and they seem to have some widespread server problems. Even when I was online with customer service, it took them three tries to find my email address in their system, the same email address I've been using with them since 1999. In my account information, they had duplicate shipping addresses, old credit card information and my Amazon Prime was in a state of disconnect. Even the customer service person admitted to the problems and said it was system wide. What a mess! Has anyone else been having problems?
