3 Mile Island - 30 Years Later
On Mar. 28, 1979, the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant experienced a partial meltdown. It was the worst-ever commercial nuclear accident in U.S. history. There were many stories about mutants around the plant in the years that followed. This man, er... men, was/were interviewed after moving from the area in 2002.

Beam Me Up, Scotty
Well, almost "Beam me up". How about, "Ride me up"? Japanese scientists are once again looking at developing a space elevator. Up and down the 22,000 mile-long cables — or flat ribbons — will run the elevator carriages, themselves requiring huge breakthroughs in engineering to which the biggest Japanese companies and universities have turned their collective attention. What a nice family setting near Lake Mary, Florida. Babysitting in the home is a time honored business that's a win-win for everyone. Earn money and stay at home, what could be more American than that?

Why not earn some even MORE money while staying at home and sell some healthful grapefruit (both the white and pink variety). What an entrepreneur!
But wait, there's more!
While you're at it, why not breed some pit bull dogs and sell the puppies to the working families with the kids and the healthful clients buying grapefruit?
