With the upcoming Comic-Con 2009 coming up, it's of note that former Portlander (Oregon City actually) Bill Plympton will making an appearance Thursday July 23rd, presenting Horn Dog. He will also screen some of his newer animated shorts, feature a Q&A after the screening and give away free Bill Plympton drawings to all attendees.
As if that's not cool enough, John Kricfalusi (John K, creator of Ren & Stimpy) will be at Comic-Con talking about his career, past, present and future.
